制度的指导意见
The guiding of establishing
general practitioner system

推行全科医生与居民建立契约服务关系。基层医疗卫生机构或全科医生要与居民签订一定期限的服务协议，建立相对稳
定的契约服务关系，服务责任落实到全科医生个人。参保人员可在本县(市、区)医保定点服务机构或全科医生范围内自
主选择签约医生，期满后可续约或另选签约医生
